I don’t just love cooking - I love creating food people look forward to, talk about, and come back for.

Right now, I’m in the early stages of that journey. I’m testing recipes, gathering real feedback, and figuring out what truly connects with people. Every batch, every conversation, every “you should try this next time” helps shape where I am going.

It’s a recipe my grandmother has shared with me and something I still look forward to when she comes to visit. Being able to make it, refine it, and now share it with others feels like carrying her tradition forward in my own way.
