Aaron’s Test Kitchen operates as a small-batch food business offering baked goods and specialty products through online pre-orders, farmers markets, and scheduled pickup arrangements.

By accessing this website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

Pre-Order & Pickup Policy

All products sold through this website are offered as pre-orders only.

ORDERS ARE NOT SHIPPED

Products must be picked up either:

• At a scheduled farmers market

• At a designated pickup event offered by Aaron's Test Kitchen

• At a mutually pre-arranged pickup location

Pickup details, dates, and instructions will be communicated at the time of ordering.

Customers are responsible for arriving during the designated pickup window.

Missed Pickups

Due to the nature of fresh baked goods and limited batch production:

• Orders not picked up during the agreed pickup window may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

• We will make reasonable efforts to coordinate alternate pickup arrangements when possible.

• Unclaimed food products may be donated, discarded, or otherwise handled at our discretion after the pickup period ends.

Product Availability

All products are made in limited quantities.

We reserve the right to:

• Limit quantities

• Adjust product availability

• Substitute minor ingredients when necessary

• Cancel or decline orders at our discretion

If an order cannot be fulfilled, customers will be notified and refunded as appropriate.

Food & Allergen Notice

Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including, but not limited to:

Wheat

Dairy

Eggs

Nuts

Soy

Sesame

While care is taken during preparation, Aaron’s Test Kitchen cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and making informed purchasing decisions.

Pricing & Payments

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.

Payment is generally required at the time of pre-order unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders resulting from inaccurate pricing or technical issues.

Refunds & Cancellations

Because products are prepared in advance and often made to order:

• Refunds are not available within 72 hours of designated pickup.

• Cancellation and reschedule requests may be considered if submitted 72 hours in advance.

• Refunds for approved cancellations will be issued to the original payment method.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to interfere with website functionality or security

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission

• Submit false or misleading information

Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, photos, branding, descriptions, graphics, and written content are the property of Aaron’s Test Kitchen unless otherwise stated.
